The HJS program includes approximately 500 universal components in the highest quality for all market-relevant exhaust gas systems. With the universal parts, damaged exhaust gas systems can be repaired, also partially, and thus at low cost.\u00a0 <\/span>In special vehicle construction, HJS even offers with this program the possibility to generate an exhaust gas system individually.
\n<\/span>As well as high-quality pipe connectors, seals and rubber buffers, as well as flexible pipe connectors, HJS has further innovative repair solutions on offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the loose flange on the exhaust gas system is defective, HJS replaces the rusted series flange with the aid of a new, innovative repair solution. This is implemented without removal of the exhaust gas components. The catalyzer, acoustic damper or the existing exhaust pipe, can be used further. The flange solution can be universally used for all exhaust gas systems of pipe diameter \u00d8 50 to 65 mm. For this, HJS offers four different flange solutions:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Although the acoustic damper catalyzer DPF<\/span>\u00ae<\/sup><\/span> is still intact, this must be completely replaced in case of any damage to the input or output pipe. As a result of the repair pipe solutions of HJS, the full functional capability of the exhaust gas system can be restored quickly and at low cost. Resonant noises or vibration faults with respect to cheap solutions can be excluded by the precise fit accuracy and the employment of modern construction design solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n
